YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :   

This internship will take place in Paris (75009), in our superb production HQ, from January or February 2025.   

 

Danone Ecosystem is a team co-creating projects for the public interest through the professional empowerment of vulnerable stakeholders. Together with Non-for-Profit organizations and Danone Country business units, we generate social, environmental, health & economic impacts within the value chain of Danone and foster inclusive growth for the broader community.

 

Since its inception, Danone Ecosystem has financed over a hundred projects. Through these projects, Danone Ecosystem has positively impacted the life of more than 5.5M people. It has been a laboratory on social innovation, implementing new business models. Bringing project to sustainability and scale.

Knowledge consolidation

Capture Danone Ecosystem Best-in-Class practices by developing key assets:

·  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and insights for knowledge consolidation.
·  Capture Danone Ecosystem knowledge practices and consolidate them into impactful infographics and/or trainings.
·  Provide support to the engagement team during key events, assisting with content development.

Further build Danone Ecosystem equity online

Help us further create a captivating online presence showcasing our impact.

·  Continue to lead the development of Danone Ecosystem’s new website by integrating our latest assets and aligned with our new brand image; while building a strategy to maximize online presence and visibility. 

To achieve the following you will need to:

·  Collaborate with the different functions and teams to understand website requirements and objectives.
·  Guide the agency to design and develop visually appealing website layouts, ensuring a seamless user experience.
·  Ensure brand consistency.
·  Create and optimize website content, including images, graphics, and multimedia elements.
·  Conduct strategic monitoring to identify current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the website.
·  Implement SEO strategies to optimize website performance and visibility.
·  Test website functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. 
·  Manage social media content through: 
·  Content deployment on LinkedIn and Workplace (Danone internal social media), to consolidate and expand Danone Ecosystem community - including Danoners, partner institutions, and experts. To achieve the following you will need to: Develop appealing assets adapted to our different communication channels – Example: Here  
·  Support Danone Ecosystem team members to be vocal internally and externally to reinforce their positioning as experts through Personal Branding; and strengthen Danone Ecosystem’s visibility through employee advocacy.
·  Ensure agency / partners briefing when needed.
·  Monitor Danone Ecosystem engagement plan and activities
·  Oversee the implementation of the Danone Ecosystem engagement plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
·  Monthly reporting on activities to measure success of social medias activations to highlight successful strategies and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.

 

IT MEANS WORKING CLOSELY WITH

·  Danone's sustainability, public affairs, communication, extra-financial teams – at local and global level - to ensure that Danone Ecosystem is connected to Danone’s Dual Project
·  External partners, including creative agencies, and NGOs

 

THE BONUS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP / THIS INTERNSHIP :   

·  Up to 2 days/week of homeworking 
·  Internship : You will receive a gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor or gap year) to 1 500€ gross/month (Master)

Technical skills:

·  BAC + 5
·  Experience in communications, partnerships, marketing
·  Digital savvy
·  Strong sensibility to sustainability
·  Fluent with Digital media and network
·  Project management skills
·  English language skills: Fluent. Other are a plus, but not mandatory
