As our Brand Manager for Alpro in Scandinavia, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s growth in the Scandinavian markets (Sweden, Denmark & Norway). You’ll lead a Junior Brand Manager and work with a larger team across the Nordics & Baltics. Your mission is to manage our portfolio, communication plans, and brand strategy, taking Alpro to new heights. This role is based in Solna, Stockholm and reports to Head of Marketing Plant Based, based in Riga.
Your main responsibilities:
· Develop and implement brand marketing plans.
· Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements.
· Analyze the plant-based category, competition, and trends.
· Manage the Alpro Scandinavia brand budget.
· Optimize product assortment to meet market demands.
· Lead local portfolio projects in line with Alpro Nordics & Baltics strategy.
· Prepare and present brand reports and analyses.
· Lead brand communication campaigns.
· Collaborate with creative agencies and media teams.
To succeed, you should have:
· At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG/food.
· Ability to build and present brand strategies.
· Strong commercial mindset and drive to achieve results.
· Excellent project management and communication skills.
· Analytical approach with the courage to test and learn.
· Solution-oriented and collaborative mindset.
· Positive attitude and team player spirit.
· Fluency in Swedish and English; other Nordic languages are a plus.
· Experience with globally owned brands/companies is a merit.
· Passion for consumers, marketing, branding, and plant-based products.
