Global Process Manager - Employee Services

Job description
We are looking for a Global Process Manager who will join our Global Employee Services Team.
You'll be responsible for the design, implementation and optimalization of Employee Services processes at global scale, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and improve employee experience, while also driving process digitalization, seeking continues improvements and conducting regular process audit to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

· designing, implementing and monitoring HR Admin & Data Management Processes
· supporting the global harmonization of Employee Services processes in collaboration with the Global Process Owners, HR, IT
· taking full ownership of designing and implementation of designated processes, managing their operational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment
· leading initiatives to simplify complex processes to enhance user-friendliness and operational efficiency
· driving the automation of the processes by identifying and integrating technology solutions to reduce manual workloads
· ensuring accurate system setup and integration for assigned processes, optimizing service delivery
· maintaining and updating comprehensive process documentation (i.e. SOP, process maps, knowledge articles) ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices
· working with the Local Process Experts to continually refine the global process framework, aligning with the organization’s goals and adapting to changing business needs
· conducting regular and ad-hoc process audits within the Employee Services function to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations
· actively participate in cross-functional projects to contribute to the broader HR strategy and operational excellence
We expect you to have:
· in-depth understanding of ES and HR processes and service delivery model
· proven ability to manage projects and drive process improvements
· analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
· strong communication skills, able to articulate process changes and benefits to various stakeholders
· collaborative team player with ability for building relationships across departments
· experience with process improvement tools and methodologies
· fluency in English, with additional language skills being a significant plus
