WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Hands-On Experience:

·  Technical Support: Provide Level 1 support for tasks such as domain configuration, SSL certificate setup, and user creation in ConsumerVoice systems.
·  Project Assistance:  Support large implementation projects utilizing Salesforce solutions, gaining exposure to industry-leading platforms.

Process Optimization:

·  Administrative Tasks:  Handle various requests from the Digital Marketing area, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
·  System Maintenance:  Assist in maintaining and enhancing our digital marketing systems, contributing to seamless operations.

Collaborative Environment:

·  Team Interaction:  Engage daily with our IT&Data and Marketing teams to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations and project success.
