What You'll Do
As a SD-WAN engineer, you will collaborate with talented, dynamic, passionate, and diverse team members who support the high-end Cisco customers to resolve highly complex technical issues within SD-WAN solutions. You will provide technical support to high-profile Cisco customers. Working with state of the art technologies and solutions will also be part of your job. SD-WAN CSEs are trusted advisors to Cisco customers. They directly impact the Customer Dedication with Cisco which reflects Cisco's success as a business leader.

Who You Are
You enjoy troubleshooting issues for Enterprise and Service Provider (SP) customers. You also have experience deploying and troubleshooting PnP (plug and play), APIC-EM (Application Policy Infrastructure Controller Enterprise Module) or similar NMS (Network Management System). Network design and/or deployment experience is also a big plus. Here is a list of additional requirements:
- Cisco Wireless/ Routing & Switching/Data Center background
- Customer Support Experience (5+ years)
- Certification in Cisco technologies (CCNP wireless)
- Linux and virtualization background
- Experience with Viptela
- Knowledge in VPN, or other Security technologies
- Bachelors in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 3-5 years related experience
- CCIE desired (Wireless / Routing & Switching / Service Provider)
- Protocols : IGP, EGP, LISP, VxLAN
- Platforms : Variants of ISR routers, Nexus switches, Catalyst family and Variants of Cisco UCS
