TECHNICAL CONSULTING ENGINEER

What will you do

·Technical SupportEngineer will be the primary point of contact for all assigned Accounts/Products/Tools.

·Diagnose and fix known technical problems for the given set of tools/products supported for the region or accounts.

·Communicate with customer Point-of-Contact/Partner as well as Cisco field team.

·Need to be flexible to work on other platforms than their area of expertise, open to learn new technologies.

·Need to be flexible with work timings (day shift).

Who you are:

BE/BTech/MCA/MSc; 2-4 years' experience.

Desired Skills:

·Unix / Linux Administration

·CCNA Networking Knowledge

·Good Communication Skills – Written & Oral

·Scripting Knowledge
