The Training & Evangelism team is a highly interdisciplinary part of the Cisco Meraki organization. We drive market adoption of Meraki by developing, promoting and delivering scalable programs that build knowledge and create enthusiasm among participants. Our programs' audiences include reseller, service provider, and distribution partners, customers, and the rest of the Cisco organization.
In this management position on the Training & Evangelism team, you will be responsible for directing and supporting the Global Program Management and Strategy team in managing projects related to existing programs and processes and in evolving or developing programs based on market and audience needs. You will work closely with leadership within Training & Evangelism and other departments to develop and execute on strategies to grow impact across our suite of programs.
We're looking for someone with the ability to lead strategy, define objectives, and drive results while supporting and developing a highly motivated and capable team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team of global Program Managers and Coordinators
- Define and develop strategy for the evolution of Training & Evangelism programs
- Establish targets to analyze program success
- Partner with Regional Strategy & Operations team to ensure success of programs in each region and incorporate regional feedback
- Collaborate with teams across Meraki to plan and execute strategic initiatives
- Guide team in project management and identifying and acting on opportunities to improve efficiency and success of programs
- Partner with Learning@Cisco to align programs and grow impact
- Prioritize customer experience in evaluation and evolution of programs
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a leader thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs and go-to-market strategies
- Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to coach others
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working through ambiguity with the ability to prioritize among multiple workstreams and across a team
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Energy and ability to cultivate relationships
- Bachelor's degree from a top university preferred
- 3-4 years of work experience in a relevant role
