Who You'll Work With

In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for day-to-day management of the (Customer Proof of Concept) CPOC and Proof of Value (POV) Assurance environments. In this position, you will be working with the design and implementation teams to operationalize, optimize and document the offerings of these 2 lab environments. Day-to-day activities include producing high-quality Sales facing content through multiple websites, helping schedule and coordinate testing engagements, tools and communication vehicles.

Who You Are

BS/BA or equivalent

Knowledge of the Cisco Pre-Sales experience and Cisco Security products and solutions highly desirable

Experience with Webex Teams and Bots, the Cisco Employee Communities platform creating web pages, managing wikis, Smartsheet, Salesforce, MS Office and the ability to learn about other new products, technologies, and tools quickly

Ability to travel if needed (~10% travel)

Experience in Technical Documentation or creating Seller Enablement Content

Superior writing skills and attention to detail to conceptualize, develop and write high-quality digital documentation and communications

Skill and confidence to reach out to the vast Cisco topography of tools and people to solve problems and accomplish tasks

Excellent spoken and written English

Ability to communicate complex topics in simple and engaging ways

Ability to embrace change, find opportunities, and take initiative

Ability to produce and publish short videos using Adobe Captivate or similar

Experience with Networking, Security, Test tools such as Spirent or Ixia, and Python Scripting would also be very valuable to our team
