The Australia and New Zealand Internship Program is specifically designed for final year University students and offers the opportunity to gain experience and grow within Cisco. The purpose of this program is to expose students to Cisco's technology and customers while providing hands-on training and projects.
Upon completion of the internship, opportunities may exist to become Cisco's next generation of sales engineering leaders through a career development path. What You'll Do
- Gain Experience: You will receive working experience with Cisco's Software Defined products and services while also developing professionally through executive exposure and mentorship opportunities.
- Participation in customer project(s) / demonstrations. This will provide opportunities to explore Software Defined Networks / Analytics / Security and beyond!
- Technology Focus: Be the Bridge between the theory and the practical implementation in business, demonstrating the true value of technology.
- Provide feedback.
Requirements
- Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, and an emphasis on Software Design practices preferred and scheduled to graduate in December 2019- July 2020. Penultimate year candidates will also be considered.
- Real Passion for technology and highly motivated;

- Creative thinking and problem solving skills; Strong teamwork, communication, influencing, and organization skills
- Must be able to legally live and work in Australia or New Zealand
