Job description

What You'll Do:

Develop software and tools in support of Datacenter and Cloud Open Source products. Design, develop, tackle problems, and debug software programs for enhancements and new features. Related technologies include: OpenStack, Open vSwitch, OpenShift, Docker.

Who You'll Work With:

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest problem solvers and thinkers in the Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) Team that develop Open Source Software solutions for datacenter and cloud switches.

Who You Are:

• Recent graduate or on your final year of studies toward a master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related major such as Math, Physics

• Minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher

• Good understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering with an aptitude for learning new technologies

• Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages

• Contributions to Open Source projects, such as OpenStack, OpenDaylight, Open vSwitch, or others

• Possess creative problem solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills

• Experience in establishing and sustaining excellent relationships with the extended team

• Excellent verbal and written skills
