Role & Responsibilities

This position is to join Cisco's Team Collaboration Group (TCG) to work on cutting edge software architecture, design, implementation and deployment. You will also:

• Leading software development life cycle for Core Services & Platform such as Common Identity, OAUTH, Policy, and Security, Admin Portal, etc.
• new features

• Use the Agile process for the software development life cycle

• Participate in technical & architecture discussions and provide innovation to the product
• Mentor junior engineers and resolving technical conflicts
• Be responsible for quality of software development and high availability of production operation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• 5+ years of full-time working experience in server side development using Java and related framework like Spring Framework, Spring Boot, etc.
• 2+ years of full-time work experience in front end development using JavaScript and related framework like AngularJS, Angular, etc.
• Deep knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for multi-tier, distributed and large scale Java applications
• Experience with multi-threading programming, networking and OO design/development.
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL and MyBatis development.
• Experience with Continuous Integration Tools like Jenkins.
• Active Directory, Web Applications
• C#, Bash, Python, TypeScript is a plus
• Having practiced agile development process and familiar with scrum team based environment

• Solid communication skills to clearly articulate technical issues in both written and verbal form
• Must be strongly self-motivated on learning new technologies
• Must be a good team player
