Senior Product Manager, Webex Intelligence

What You'll Do
The workplace of the future will be powered by AI and the Cisco Webex Intelligence team is making that a reality. Two fast-moving startups teams (MindMeld and Accompany) were recently acquired by Cisco to disrupt and boost the industry's #1 Collaboration portfolio. We aim to build the next generation of collaboration software & devices - from digitizing the in-meeting experience, enhancing distributed team efficiency and improving all aspects of people connection.

You Will

• Build and communicate a long-term vision for a product portfolio that will drive the team to push the limits of what has been considered possible in AI

• Collaborate with stakeholders in all arenas including Engineering, UX, Sales and Marketing and drive consensus

• Own a constantly-groomed 3-month roadmap and work in an Agile Scrum process in partnership with Engineering and management

• Mentor a team of junior product managers and other folks

• Communicate product goals to the team as well as other functional areas of the company on a regular basis and stay on top of the competition

• Act and think independently, track and analyze all components of the platform, and drive integration with customers.

• Proactively gather inputs from Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales to provide insights and facilitate alignment between all parts of the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience at a technology company in a related field

• B.A or B.S in Computer Science or related technical field

• Demonstrated capacity for driving product strategy, shipping, and iterating on successful products

• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to thrive working independently, with engineering teams, as well as cross-functionally (sales, marketing)

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills - articulate and able to understand technical subjects/emerging technologies and their relevance

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of NLP techniques such as PoS tagging, NP chunking, shallow/deep parsing, NER

• Knowledge of IR concepts such as statistical search ranking, knowledge graphs, vectorial semantics, LSA, document clustering

• Experience with API creation and documentation
