What You'll Do
We need an enthusiastic security consultant with a drive to improve the security of our customers to fill a varied and flexible role.
Building on your existing knowledge and experience, you'll assist customers in setting security strategy, reviewing their current security and providing assessments. You may also be involved in aiding with security incidents and investigations or aiding in the implementation and integration of security solutions.
Additional training is available for the right candidate to supplement and extend their existing knowledge and experience.
Who You'll Work With
You'll be part of the security services team delivering a range of services from Incident Response, Security Assessments, SOC consultancy and security integration projects.
Who You Are
You should be an adaptable consultant with good customer facing skills that customers trust to provide good security advice and guidance. You will have experience in security consulting and experience in helping customers drive security change within their organisation.
Consultants provide a range of short- and long-term consulting services which may include assessment of client applications or infrastructure, Red Teaming, shaping security and risk programs, or assessing compliance against a specific regulatory framework or requirement.
They are responsible for supporting the sale, delivery and management of security, risk, and compliance services.
* Provide information security, risk management, or compliance consulting services to enterprise clients
* Aid in scoping engagements and support the development of proposals and statements of work, effectively translating customer requirements into an engagement to meet those needs.
* Deliver a range of security services for a broad customer base within the UK
Minimum Qualifications
* in-depth experience within information security.
* Ability to consistently and successfully perform engagements from a technical perspective, achieving customer satisfaction goals
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong understanding of industry leading practices in information security, compliance and risk management
Desired Skills - One or more of the following:
* Certifications (preferred but not essential)
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
* Experience researching, developing, and applying new methodologies and technologies
* Experience in designing, implementing or operating SOCs
* Experience in Security Incident Response / Forensics investigations
* Expereience of designing and implementing security technologies
