About the role:


The Renewals Specialist is responsible for processing customer renewals for auto-renewal subscriptions as well as helping migrate customers to Cisco's ordering platform. You will ensure high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle, ensure a high-level of data accuracy, and partner with the renewals account managers to provide a seamless customer interaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include notifying customers of renewal, creating quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts
  • Notify and assist customers with migrating to Cisco's ordering platform at the time of renewal.
  • Find and execute upsells within your customer base.
  • Ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to make sure payment is collected.

Education & Experience:

  • 3+ years of Sales experience in the IT industry or equivalent industries
  • Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills
  • Highly detailed oriented with the ability to manage a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications and services preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
