What You'll Do:
The Professional Services Consultant is a key member of the Stealthwatch Customer Experience team and the successful candidate will be supporting the Stealthwatch Customer Success motion across the Americas, the responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist with post engagement of Stealthwatch.
- Be aware of a full range of implementation and post-sales services to Stealthwatch customers.
- Assist the Customer Success Manager in strategic accounts.
- Assist the wider Customer Experience team as required across all theatres.

Who You'll Work With
You'll work with some of Cisco's most strategic customers and their industry-leading information security teams. You'll also work directly with our Customer Experience and Sales teams to ensure that the customers understand the strengths of Stealthwatch.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product demonstration, account management, professional services or other direct customer facing/engagement roles for large enterprise customers.
- Understand the implementation of complex technical solutions
- Understand the translating business requirements into a technical design
- Able to demonstrate complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of delivering several projects in parallel.
- Strong understanding of NetFlow and/or Stealthwatch.
- Strong network security background.
- May have or be working towards Security CCIE / CISSP certification.
- Strong customer advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
