What You'll Do

The Internet-of-Things (IoT) is now in its hyper-growth phase and Cisco, the pioneer and leader in IoT Connectivity Management Platforms, is seeking a Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• You will own and drive key functional areas of our SaaS IoT platform, ensuring focus and prioritization aligns with our overall business goals.
• You will bring people and teams together by collaborating with partners, architects, product engineering and operations team to build consensus, make decisions to drive roadmap alignment, product integration and execution.
• You will work with customers, partners and others to gather business requirements, own prioritization, and drive decisions around product features, functionality, architecture and design.
• You will grow and maintain a solid understanding of relevant technologies, continuously analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities, contribute as an inspiring leader in driving innovation, bringing together roadmaps and driving business commits.
• You will measure the success of our undertakings by identifying and tracking key metrics.

Who You'll Work With

You will interface closely with Service Providers as well as Enterprises to understand their business and needs in depth so as to inform the roadmap, tactically and strategically without being limited to customer asks.

You will also work closely with Software Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to take products from ideas all the way to rapid commercial launch in a dynamic and iterative SaaS model.

Who You Are

You are an individual with strong business and technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a positive outlook. You have:

• 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience in a Software business.
• Track record of leading complex initiatives from inception through launch.
• Excellent critical thinking skills to make good decisions based on data in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to persuasively deliver presentations to senior executives, partners and customers.
• Prior Product Management experience in the IoT space or a SaaS model would be a strong plus.
• MBA would be a plus.
