Product Manager - Cloud and Software

What You'll Do

You will learn how to be a maverick who has a keen eye for detail and thoughtful, data driven approach to hypothesis prior to drawing conclusions. You will learn to transition from strategy formulation to execution and delivery while driving exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will define how customers will deploy and operate Cisco's enterprise switching network infrastructure through Cisco DNA Center, furthering the vision of Intent-Based Networking and enabling mass market adoption of Cisco DNA for Enterprise Switching through intuitive user experiences on DNA Center.

The role will include defining and driving cloud strategy for DNA Center based on market trends, competitive analysis and customer needs. Drive the architecture/operations for a scalable hosted service in public cloud environment. Ownership of Cloud research and product requirements to drive the solution life cycle in agile methodology

In this role, you will collaborate extensively with engineering, technical marketing engineers, user-experience designers, and peer product managers to build a cohesive strategy and see through the execution. You will also work with Cisco sales and customers to drive awareness and adoption of new solutions, and garner customer insights to drive future solution development.

Who You Are

Articulate and design exceptional customer experience around networking software innovations and management. Work closely with stakeholders from Engineering, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Finance to deliver a world-class product. Work closely with sales and customer experience teams to drive adoption.

- 2+ years of experience inCloud and SaaS based product management

- Proven track record of delivering software products/services to market

- Proven experience in Micro-service architecture, and knowledge in related concepts

-Understanding of networking technologies like enterprise switching, wireless LAN or security technologies including usability and manageability

- You have a data driven approach to problem solving and pay attention to detail without losing sight of the big-picture.

- Great written and verbal communications skills (Industry presentations and/or presentations to senior executive).

- Understand how large IT companies have transitioned their businesses to a new model.
