Responsibilities:

• Build export audit reports and audit 3PL warehouse international shipments for export accuracy (label creation, shipping documents, AES filings)
• Process and communicate AES filing corrections with warehouses daily
• Analyze domestic and international shipping rates across logistics carriers to help optimize worldwide shipping programs
• Document new and amended warehouse export processes
• Troubleshoot export compliance holds, customer routing, and international shipping exceptions
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in a logistics role, working with exports
• Bachelor's degree or more (quantitative focus preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting from multiple systems
• Curious and inquisitive with outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
• Self-starter with high affinity for detail, multi-tasking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication skills
