Job Description
The Global Planning & Fulfillment Solution Manager works with stakeholders within the GP&F Services, across Supply Chain, and across Cisco organizations to align strategic goals and transformation programs with the architectural changes required to deliver the business strategy by:
üDeveloping solutions, business process flows, business requirements documentation, and user stories to enable capabilities
üPerforming detailed analysis to validate business cases
üBuilding models by pulling data from multiple sources and to show conceptual views of a solution
üMapping data and aligning on data definitions across functions
üFacilitating meetings to drive transformation alignment across diverse user groups
üUnderstanding and documenting the business strategy and business outcomes
üTranslating the business strategy into capability requirements
üBuilding and aligning capability roadmaps and defining interdependencies
üAligning transformation portfolio priorities across GP&F services
üDriving change management for alignment and adoption within and across services for solutions
üCreating, enabling, and evolving Role Based Training

·The ability to act as liaison conveying strategy, business requirements, and information needs of the business to IT teams and cross functional stakeholders.

·Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to create models, mock ups, and solution proposals by usingSQL, R, excel macros, and other methods
·Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
Qualifications
·Minimum of 10-12 years of supply chain experience with expertise in two or more of the following disciplines (Demand Planning, Scheduling, Backlog Mgt, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, NPI Planning, Co-Planning, Inventory Planning, and/or Financial Planning & Analysis
·5+ years of experience with ERP application enablement & transformation (MRP, ATP, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Financial Planning,)
·3+ years of project/program management experience
·APICS & Six Sigma Green Belt certifications preferred
·Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering preferred
