Who You'll Work With

Cisco's Firepower Next Generation Firewall and Adaptive Security Appliance are the industry's most advanced and widely deployed network security devices. As a member of the Tools Team within Cisco's Security Business Group, you'll interact with and assist teams in development, QA, PM, and other disciplines.Your work will bring clarity and transparency to decision makers.Your contributions will be very visible and will directly and positively impact the business and ultimately the customer.

Who You Are

You are a software engineer with experience in data gathering and visualization.You've developed for the web - the back end and the front end.You have an interesting and diverse set of skills.Maybe you have graphic design skills or perhaps you really enjoy creating and consuming elegant APIs – ultimately you're the sort that likes to do a little bit of everything.You bring an attitude that welcomes a challenge and seeks improvement.You can take instruction and run with it.

You are skilled at development in one or more of the following:

• Python / Ruby / Node
• MySQL / Postgres / Mongo
• Apache / Nginx

You might have experience in:

• Angular / React
• Highcharts / D3
• Linux administration
• You have a drive to create something you can be proud of!
