Financial Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the channel contra metrics and providing key business analytics that will enable the Global Partner Finance team to effectively partner with Theater leads to drive profitable growth. In this highly visible and impactful role, you will influence many Cisco stakeholder groups including the Global Partner Organization (GPO) and the regional teams.

● Support key business partners in managing their P&L through providing rebate insights

● Prepare reporting and dashboards to enable the Global Partner Finance team to manage overall rebate affordability

● Provide support for program performance, adoption, and other business impact measurements.

● Engage with finance and the business teams to drive contra portfolio evolution and strategy

The WW Channels Finance team is looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst with the desire to be a difference maker, lead change and help shape business and financial strategy for Cisco's WW Channels organization

Minimum Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, or related field

● Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment, maneuvers through ambiguity

● Knowledge of key accounting rules around bookings, revenue and opex management

● Finance systems and dashboard capabilities (tableau experiance preferred)
