About Product Operations:

Product Operations is part of Supply Chain Operations (SCO) and is responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Life Cycle Management from Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations perspective. The product Operations team gets engaged with the Design engineering team at very early in the product development process and are responsible for New Product Launch and maintaining the products quality till the End of Life (EOL).

Education:Graduate in Electronics or Electronics & communication Engineering/Computer Science Engineering

Experience:Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in Telecom/Networking Product Testing.

Industry & Background:

·Good knowledge on Hardware development process from concept to launch phase.

·Good knowledge on ETHERNET, SONET/SDH & DWDM technology based Interfaces.

·Good knowledge on hardware protocols like I2C, SPI, USB, MDIO, PCI, PCIe, MII, High speed SerDes, PMBUS, DRAM etc..

·Strong knowledge on hardware & software functional Testing.

·Strong knowledge on product debug & isolate the fault at individual component Level.

·Strong knowledge on Design for Testability (Structural, Functional & System Level).

·Strong knowledge on automation of test suites using any of the scripting Language (Perl, Python (preferred), TCL/TK).

·Good Knowledge on L2/L3 based network testing.

Job Description:

·Responsible for driving DFT assessment by closely engaging with design engineering team and identify the mitigation plans to have maximum Product test coverage.

·Provide input to designs for manufacturability and testability during early design phase.

·Responsible for understanding Product test software development and hands on to use them for Product testing.

·Responsible for developing optimized end-to-end test process for different products like Cell Site Routers, Ethernet based access products, Ethernet Switches & Ethernet Routers.

·Develop board and system level automated functional test processes using Python language for complex electronic systems to be deployed at remote contract manufacturing facilities.

·Hands on experience with Traffic Analyzers (Spirent/IXIA/etc).

·Responsible for specifying, developing and/or procuring test equipment, Test Fixtures and Test Solutions.

·Define/Guide Debug process for test engineers in Contract Manufacturers.
