We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager DACH to join our team with strategic campaign development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will take a keen interest in understanding our customers, will have a passion for the simplicity of our products, and have a proven track record of effectively partnering across sales, product, brand, design, channel, field and analyst teams. The role will provide an opportunity to not only build impactful campaigns across Meraki Marketing, but will empower the right candidate to recommend incentive programs, explore margin analysis and product supply considerations as well as address strategic strengths and weaknesses in our Go-To-Market approach. Your day-to-day will include brainstorming new campaigns to drive future business that are tailored to the DACH region, analyzing impact of active initiatives, running paid media campaigns, requesting and managing budgets, nurturing leads, scaling programs across EMEA, and communicating all the above to the broader organization.
This role is based in our amazing London office. The Global Digital Marketing organization also has teams in, Chicago, San Francisco, Tokyo and Sydney. Coordination across these regions means some light business travel and genuine curiosity to learn about and work with teams from different cultures and regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own 3 to 5 selected campaigns at various stages of maturity simultaneously.
- Develop new and innovative campaigns in DACH and on an EMEA wide level.
- Transparently communicate what we're developing to the broader organization, get feedback and build consensus across teams, including senior sales stakeholders.
- Reporting and analysis of campaign KPIs including lead volume, pipeline attribution etc
- You will need to track spend and report on in-market campaigns to determine ROI.
- Suggest, build, and measure conversions of new audiences, targeting strategies, and ad/ messaging tests
- Work closely with Partner and Product Marketing teams to scale content across organizations.
- Help forecast leads from digital channels and build the case for incremental budget.
- Identify and share trends and insights with stakeholders and the larger Cisco Meraki team.
- Manage the German webinar programme from strategy creation, to webinar building to content development and translation.
- Manage German end customer content in your region including overlooking translations of customer and sales content or developing new regional specific collateral.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns from strategy to retro reporting
- Native in German with a good understanding of the cultural and market nuances of the DACH region
- Complete business fluency, both written and verbal, in English
- Innovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills
- Exceptional collaborator, open to idea/project iteration and feedback, and enjoy working as part of a close team
- Able to prioritize and execute on multiple projects with various collaborators
- The ability to distill and explain complex ideas to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
