Consulting Engineer - Solution Validation

What will you do:

You get to establish a close technical and business partnership with key customers, build trust, support architectural evolution by Producing Validated, Leveraged, Customer deployed network architectures with packaged collateral. You thoroughly Qualify Solutions and Feature Set Integrity prior to deployment. You act as the last check point before solutions are brought into live network environments and work to reduce Client Risk, Accelerate Adoption, and Improve Deployment Outcomes associated with Cisco Enterprise Solutions. This role provides immense opportunity of hands-on experience on the latest & greatest Service Provider andEnterprise Solutions.

Who you are:

• You have understanding of product level architectures and have the ability to apply Cisco Networking Design best practices in Validation Scenarios.
• You have strong knowledge and experience configuring and troubleshooting OSPF, ISIS, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, Multicast, Security, QoS and VLANs.
• You have exposure to one or more product lines like CRS-1, ASR9K, 7600, ASR1K, Nexus 9K/7K/5K/3K and CAT6500.
• Hands-on experience with traffic generation tools such as Spirent and Ixia is a minimum requirement for this role. Background in Python Programming is a significant Plus. Industry Leading Ceritifications like CCNP R&S or CCNP Service Provider is highly desirable.You have good Analytical and Decision Making skills.Your strong communication skills help you influence others.
