What You'll Do
- You will assist teams with procurement activities, such as entering PRs into Oracle iProcurement, building SOWs and Job Postings in Fieldglass, building BANs, monitor invoicing of POs, assisting with monthly accruals, and resolving any discrepancies with vendors.
- You will manage central headcount recruiting process for entire CPSG Team. This includes creating the requisitions, tracking approvals, tracking requisition aging, reporting metrics to leadership team.
- You will lead the royalty process for CPSG products.
- You will handle Cisco compliance related activities for CPSG. This includes:
- Monitoring, tracking and following up on all PSIRTS. You will provide PSIRT metrics to leadership team.
- Following up on all IP Central compliance risks.
- Support central Operations as needed with additional special projects and analysis activities.
Who You'll Work With
This role will be reporting into the Operations team for the Cloud Platform & Solutions Group (CPSG), the CPSG Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for aspects of the Cisco internal facing operations of the team. You will be a highly analytical person with a “get it done” work style.
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelors degree with at least 2-3 year of general work experience
- You have superb follow-up discipline to ensure activities are completed in a timely manner
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You have proven ability to collaborate multi-functionally with teams in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment
- You have the ability to bring situations and projects to closure quickly
- You have some experience with financial analysis
Requirements:
- Project management and interpersonal skills required
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Must be comfortable with working cross-functionally with may different types of people
