VIE Product Manager F&B - Brussels
Join the F&B Marketing team and contribute to the development of the Fragrance & Beauty business and image in the Benelux, as of the 1st of March 2025.
Your role @ Chanel
· As a Product Manager within the F&B Marketing team, you will be part of the Product Management team, reporting directly to the Group Product Manager.
· With the coaching of the Groupe Product Manager, your will be responsible for the development and implementation of a strong operational plan for your category and products portfolio in line with the global brand strategy.
· You will be based in Brussels, with travel within BENELUX region.
What impact you can create at Chanel
New products Launches:
· You will be responsible of proposing the operational launch strategy on the Benelux market for the novelties of your category.
· You will be responsible for a good forecasting of sales products and promotional material for your category within the budgetary framework and the defined strategy
· You will build all the tools needed to an efficient go to market: marketing presentations, order files, sell in guidelines, pos support tools…for both retail and wholesale.
· You will present the novelties to all internal partners and to the field teams.
· You will develop launch reports and share them internally to raise awareness on best practices
Basics Assortment:
· You will manage the assortment related to your category (in, out, exclusivities…) and ensure a consistent assortment for all distribution channels within our internal systems
Marketing Support
· You will contribute to the marketing support plan definition and implementation (sampling, wrapping plan, visibility tools…) within the budgetary framework and the defined strategy.
Performance analysis:
· You will analyze the performance (sell-in & sell-out) of all your category and particularly of the recent products launches
· You will collaborate with the Business Insights Manager to fuel the monthly and ad hoc reports with relevant insights.
Events:
· You will collaborate with internal partners on building special brand projects for your category

What you will bring
· Previous experience as Product Manager or in a similar marketing position in the fragrance & beauty industry, within the luxury sector.
· Good sense of luxury & passionate about F&B products, universe & trends.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate the vision, inspire and engage
· Analytical and capacity to challenge the status quo with the new ideas.
· A genuine willingness to connect and collaborate with colleagues.
· Advanced proficiency in Power point and Excel and a good command of other data analysis tools (Nielsen, Power BI).
· Fluency in English (oral and written mandatory), French & Ducth.
