Deputy Head of Boutique
TAIWAN Sales
Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management
·
Drive and track sales on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
·
Analyze variances against sales budget / forecast and take appropriate action.
·
Set targets for telephone calls, appointments and follow up sessions.
·
Liaise closely with Fashion Management to ensure that the assortment and stock are at optimal levels to achieve targeted sales.
·
Recommend incentive schemes to maximize sales performance.
·
Possess a solid understanding of all categories with more of a focus on overall sales performance for product categories instead of product knowledge. Possess solid computer skills in Word/Excel and Powerpoint.
·
Brand Image Management
·
Assist the BM to coordinate with VM team to ensure boutique VM is with company guidelines.
·
Assist the BM to ensure boutique image is always within company standards.
·
To work with BM and Operation Manager to ensure all exterior and interior façade is within company standards.
·
To work with BM and Operation Manager to ensure daily, weekly and monthly boutique maintenances is followed and with company guidelines. .
·
Operations Management
·
Design and review roster to maximize traffic demands / trading patterns.
·
Establish procedures to prevent theft / fraud in boutique and ensure staff are effective deterrents to thefts / security breaches.
·
Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfers, stock adjustments and all policies are followed.
·
Liaise with other boutiques and warehouse to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of stock when required.
·
Ensure daily sales and appropriate paperwork is accurately completed.
·
Report on customer trends / demands, competitor activity and merchandise movement to Fashion Management on a regular basis.
·
Assist the BM to ensure boutique VM is within company guidelines.
·
Service Management
·
Assist the Boutique Manager to monitor and evaluate the boutique's overall Customer Service level. Proactively builds trust and maintains good relationships with VIPs.
·
Assist the Boutique Manager to achieved existing clients spending/elevate existing clients to the next level.
·
Assist the Boutique Manager to recruit and retain new clients targets.
