IT INTERN, CHANEL SCANDINAVIA

Are you looking for an exciting learning opportunity to supplement your studies? Chanel Scandinavia is recruiting a talented IT intern with an analytical mindset and excellent execution abilities to join our team in Copenhagen.

As part of the Scandinavian IT Department, you will support the planning, execution, and follow-up on IT activities, aligning with our brand image and business priorities. You will perform various administrative and practical tasks, requiring good IT skills and an analytical mindset.

As a person, you are diplomatic, service-minded, and driven by the opportunity to provide first-class support. You must be able to work independently and in teams, with a structured and logical approach to solving IT-related issues.

The position reports to the IT Manager and is based in Copenhagen City center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with multiple aspects, such as:

·  Day to day IT operation
·  IT end user support 1st level - Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
·  Staging and configure of hardware - device enrollment of mobile phones to our employees.
·  Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
·  Provide procedural documentation and relevant reports
·  Process automation and optimization
·  Contribute on IT Projects (local and regional)
·  Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
·  Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs

PROFILE

·  You have a relevant education such as HA(IT) or similar 
·  You have around 1-2 years left of your education
·  Basic knowledge within IT and experiences of M365 applications, ServiceNow, IAM, OKTA, MECM, Intune, Power automate and Power apps
·  Organizational skills
·  Well-organized, able to work with deadline
·  An analytical mind
·  The ability to work independently, methodically, accurately, and neatly
