Supply Chain Executive, Asia Pacific (24-month fixed term contract)

Job description

Job Mission:

·  The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain activities, ordering & invoicing processes in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ensuring the efficient flow of Selling and Non-Selling items from & to Asia Pacific Region.
·  This role will act as a bridge between our Global Team, Regional Teams and Markets, translating business requirements into operations processes. He/she will also support the team managing the performance of logistics service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Closely communicate with global and local counterparts to operate invoicing and transportation activities.
·  Monitor and improve end-to-end supply chain performance in Asia-Pacific Region.
·  Liaise with counterparts and service providers to resolve issues concerning transportation, logistics, imports or exports compliance.
·  Support logistics operations including order and invoice issuance in Microsoft AX
·  Assist ad-hoc reports as assigned.
·  Facilitate the implementation on projects or workstreams under Supply Chain Operating Model

Qualifications:

·  University degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline
·  Fluent in English. Proficient Mandarin is preferred
·  A minimum of 2 years solid experience in international trading, freight forwarding or logistics operations, preferably in sizable company or regional office
·  Detail minded with strong ownership
·  Analytic thinking and problem solving
