Senior Marketing Executive - Skin Care and Event

Job description

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the planning, organizing and implementation of skincare marketing plans (includes brand events) and promotions in order to reach company’s target on skincare, means market share, growth, profitability and image.

Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing and Forecasting
- Assist Product Manager to implement launch plan.
- Work with Product Manager to fine-tune forecast.
- Analyze & consolidate launch result on a weekly basis in order to improve for next campaign’s planning & execution.
- Work with Logistics Dept, assure good inventory quality (finish goods, samples & SPM) both in the warehouse & counters; assure labeling Logistics Dept carries out procedures and ensure shelf-life/stock turn of each SKU.
- Selling items, SPM, and samples allocation by counters; benchmark sales weight according to campaign type. Support counters on stock movement and replenishment for key campaign.
- Coordinate with local Communications management team, training team, sales team to optimize the execution of any campaign.
- Campaign animation briefing to retail marketing team.
- Half year product assortment list update
- Beauty Research data support and analysis

• Event
- Skincare annual event planning, organizing and implementation (hotel facial, VIP workshop gathering)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement brand annual events

• Visual Display and Operations
- Follow-up with logistics department & ensure delivery of planned merchandises are on schedule to counters.
- Work with visual display team to follow up the implementation of POS and operational visual merchandising.

• Finance
- Cooperate with the Inventory & Logistics Department to ensure optimal inventory.
- Control the budget expenses to be within planned levels.

• Consumer behavior and market research
- Based on palm data and external market intelligence, identify market trend and potential market segments; analyze store traffic, competitors information and market niches for marketing focus; and analyze marketing effectiveness and promotion feedback in order to offer marketing insights and initiatives to develop local marketing actions.
- Develop & execute campaigns for skincare categories

• Internal Communication
- Always keep data/information transparent and always keep effective communicate with related stakeholder by using matrix communication instead of line communication.
