• Media Target Analysis

(2) Leadership of Media Agency

• Proposes objectives for the Agency / Statement of work
• Responsible for Media Agency performance evaluation including Agency Bonus Assessment
• Ensure that Agency Resource level is sufficient to execute strategies and provide alternative recommendations.
• Inspire and motivate Media Agency to deliver  media planning and buying
