Sales Support Intern – Amsterdam Boutique (internship)

We are looking for a Sales Support Intern in our CHANEL Boutique in Amsterdam.

Job description:

CHANEL offers an interesting internship in a professional environment, where you will gain a lot of experience. You will support the Stock Manager and Operational Manager at our boutique.

Do you already have some experience within sales support? Then we are looking for you!

Tasks and responsibilities:

Handle and solve queries from the accounts by email on a daily basis

·  Analyse and understand the client needs
·  Clienteling
·  After-sales
·  Cooperation with the various internal departments
·  Follow-up on orders, backorders, deliveries, returns and credits
·  Stock activities

Profile:

·  Bachelor's degree
·  Fluent in Dutch and English
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
·  Strong communicator
·  Attention to detail
·  You are available based on 40 hours
