As a Utilities Business Systems Analyst – Advanced, you will join a dynamic team supporting utility clients across North America, helping them design, implement, and optimize technology solutions that transform their operations and enhance customer experiences.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Collaborate with multiple external stakeholder groups to conduct business process reengineering sessions and define business requirements and workflows.
•Create and maintain functional deliverables, including business process diagrams, design specifications, and configuration documentation.
•Develop and deliver client training programs, including training materials and workshops.
•Design and configure applications to align with client business processes and evolving operational requirements.
•Identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer experience and system performance.
•Support implementation of new functionality, configurations, enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
•Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including those related to configurations, extensions, or integrations.
•Analyze complex problems, research potential solutions, and execute resolution steps to address client challenges.
•Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring quality and reliability.
•Maintain exceptional communication and collaboration across project teams and client stakeholders.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
•Ability to travel up to 67% of the time to work on-site with clients.
•Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training sessions and user documentation.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach.
•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
•Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
•Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
•Experience working on project-based assignments is preferred

Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $156,700.00.
