serve as the operational bridge between the central TSA project managers (9 TSA existing

Hands-on to actively support and troubleshoot TSA exit activities across IT
domains—this includes participating in workshops, validating technical solutions,
coordinating cutover plans, but also creating those required
documents/schemas/….
Translate central TSA strategies into concrete, executable local actions, adapting
to regulatory and operational nuances.
Drive the day-to-day execution of TSA disentanglement tasks, including system
migrations, data transfers, and infrastructure stand-ups.
Identify blockers early and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve them—
not just escalate but solve.
Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness are
completed to support a clean exit from TSA dependencies following “TSA exirt
project managers” requests.
Contribute to governance reporting with firsthand insights from the field, not just
second-hand summaries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Experience in IT project design, implementation and delivery, with a strong track
record in hands-on roles.
Strong technical fluency across infrastructure, applications, and security domains.

and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluent English level is a must (C1 min).
Desirable Attributes:
Deep understanding of TSA frameworks, IT separation principles, and the
operational realities of executing in complex environments.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus—but executional grit is
essential.
