Test Coordinator / Tester

Position Description:

For a project delivered in the banking sector , we are looking for a Manual Tester who will be responsible not only for executing tests, but also for coordinating testing activities within the team. We are looking for a person who feels comfortable in an environment with high quality requirements and will actively support the testing process. Experience in automated testing will be considered an additional advantage and an opportunity for further development in this area.

Job responsibilities:
• Executing manual tests of applications
• Analyzing requirements and preparing test cases
• Cooperating with the project team (analysts, developers)
• Reporting and verifying defects
• Coordinating testing activities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Experience in manual testing
• Very good command of the Polish language
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Good teamwork skills and strong organizational abilities

Nice to have skills:
• Experience in automated testing
• Knowledge of test automation tools (especially Playwright)
• Experience in test coordination or test planning
• Experience in projects within the banking or insurance sector
