Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer/Sr. Software Engineer - Java Production Support - to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 production support for Java-based applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within SLA.
• Analyze logs (Log4j, Splunk) and debug code to identify root causes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Support deployments and follow SDLC and CI/CD processes.
• Monitor batch jobs using scheduling tools.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Good knowledge of SQL/Oracle.
• Basic understanding of Angular.
• Hands-on experience in L2 application/production support.
• Experience with log analysis tools (Log4j, Splunk).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud environments.
• Experience with job scheduling tools.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain.
• Knowledge of ITIL or incident management tools.
