Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Bash, Robot Framework, and Python.
- Implement automated testing for User Interfaces, APIs, and Web Services.
- Create complex test scenarios and test cases derived from user requirements and specifications.
- Conduct performance testing of APIs using tools such as Locust or similar alternatives.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of testers, ensuring effective collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent delivery quality across multiple locations.
- Manage and track test campaigns using tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and GitLab, ensuring progress transparency and accountability.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation including test estimations, test plans, test reports, and defect reports.
- Document and communicate test results clearly, collaborating with development teams to track, resolve, and verify issues.
- Present structured test plans and reports to clients, demonstrating results using the defined automation tools.
- Drive new initiatives and continuous improvements in test automation strategies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure test coverage and alignment with client expectations.

- Proven experience in test automation development with Bash, Robot Framework (or equivalents), and Python.
- Strong background in UI, API, and Web Services testing.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as Locust (or equivalents).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools (Confluence, JIRA, GitLab).
- Demonstrated ability to lead small, distributed teams, driving performance and mentoring colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create effective test strategies and plans.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

Experience with the following technologies is considered a plus:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for testing and automation

This is a permanent contract position with the possibility to do part of the work activity in remote working.
