Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Tester with strong experience in Selenium WebDriver, Python, and modern test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building robust automated test suites, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity.
This role requires a self-driven professional capable of owning the automation strategy, developing scalable frameworks, and ensuring high-quality delivery in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Python.
. Build and execute end-to-end automated test scripts for web applications.
. Apply strong knowledge of Python OOP, scripting, and modular framework development.
. Leverage GenAI technologies and tools like GitHub Copilot to improve automation efficiency.
. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration.
. Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and product discussions.
. Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and optimize automation suite performance.
. Debug test failures, analyze logs, and provide clear defect reporting.
. Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, practices, and techniques to improve test automation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to Have skills:

. 5+ years of professional experience in test automation.
. Strong hands-on expertise with: Selenium WebDriver Python (OOP, scripting, utilities, framework development)
. Experience using GenAI tools, including GitHub Copilot, for accelerating development and testing.
. Experience with test automation frameworks such as: PyTest Robot Framework unittest (nice to have)
. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
. Experience with CI/CD tools such as: Jenkins GitHub Actions Other automation servers
. Knowledge of version control (Git), branching, and code collaboration practices.
. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide high-quality technical insights.

Nice-to-Have Skills

. Experience with API automation (e.g., Requests, Postman, REST Assured).
. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
. Understanding of Docker / containerized environments.
. Experience in working within Agile/Scrum teams.
