We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team and take a leading role in shaping a positive and engaging workplace. In this position, you will have full responsibility for recruitment, oversee key HR processes, and implement initiatives that promote growth, collaboration, and employee well-being. You will collaborate closely with our corporate teams (HR, Marketing, Facilities, IT Support & Finance) locally and work with recruiters from other countries including Finland, Poland, and Estonia to ensure alignment and best practices across regions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: Take full responsibility for the hiring process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate learning and development programs: Support training initiatives and create opportunities for employees to grow professionally (mentoring program, certification archive and etc.)
- Organize internal events: Plan and deliver events that strengthen team culture and foster engagement. You will not be alone in this – we have a wonderful CGI Lithuania volunteers team, who will be a great support!
- Act as a trusted human resources partner: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on all human resources-related matters in CGI Lithuania and CGI Latvia.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Experience in HR operations and recruitment (minimum 2+ years in HR field is a must).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and passion for creating a positive workplace.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian is a must. Latvian language is considered a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel once a month to Kaunas office and once per quarter to Riga office.

- This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave, with an expected duration of 18 months.
