Sr. ServiceNow Project Manager

Position Description:

We are currently hiring for a Sr. ServiceNow Project Manager for one of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
• Lead project planning sessions, establish project timelines, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and ServiceNow developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Apply ITIL and ITSM best practices to ensure project alignment with service management goals.
• Track project progress using tools like ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM), JIRA, or MS Project.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow governance models and deployment practices.
• Report project performance using KPIs and prepare executive dashboards and status reports.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate go-live activities.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption strategies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT service delivery or enterprise platform deployments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps modules preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL v3 or v4.
• Proficient with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SDLC, configuration, and platform capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Certifications (Preferred / Required)
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM module preferred)
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification (preferred)
