Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Deployment/Validations of e-Retail/RefX product on desktop, KIOSK and mobile app, chatbot
for airlines as per the implementation lifecycle.
• Responsible for coordination and communication between customers, product teams and
analyze customer systems and service requirements.
• Responsible for functional validation support during the product implementation and cutover.
• Preparation & maintenance of technical/business documentation for each deployment project
handled.
• Complete application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities;
contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across
multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Must be able to manage the development and delivery aspects of the SDLC
• Must be able to independently understand the technical and functional aspects of all activities
happening in the team.
• Must be able to clearly understand the technology already in place and apply the best practices
of coding/unit testing especially in Object Oriented JavaScript, Typescript, Angular/ReactJS,
CSS, HTML etc
• Must be hands-on in working on Agile/SAFe Agile.
• Support the end user in the Production phase by debugging existing software solutions in
response to Problem Tracking Records (PTR) and Change Requests (CR).
• Exposure to and interest in Open Source frameworks, tools, and technologies.
About the ideal candidate
• 6+ years of hands-on coding/Automation QA experience on Angular applications with good
knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• Domain experience in airline reservation, GDS or DCS would be required.
• Train client on technical and functional queries and identify their issues in processes and
provide solutions for the same.
• Experience in stakeholder management with good Communication skills is must.
• Should be a quick learner as implementation evolves frequently as per the evolution of the
product.
• Ideal candidate should be able to customize product to meet customer’s business needs and
follow best practices, standards and documentation.
• Should be proficient in core UI technologies like HTML 5.0, CSS3, Object Oriented Java script,
Typescript, Angular, NgRX and RXJS
• Good to have working experience in Responsive and Accessibility web page development.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Should have preferably worked on Azure.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Expertise in analyzing complex problems and providing systematic, data-driven solutions. Familiarity with cloud technologies, databases, and relevant certifications (advantageous). Experience with Agile methodologies and specification-as-code practices (good to have).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional engagement.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deliverables.
Strong decision-making skills with accountability for team and individual outcomes.
Airline industry knowledge is a plus.
