We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Security Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Looking for a Senior RACF Mainframe Security Administrator who has
. At least 6+ of RACF Mainframe Security Administrator, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience. (Mandatory)

Administered RACF security for z/OS environments, managing user IDs, groups, roles, and privileges in compliance with organizational security policies.
Created, modified, and decommissioned RACF user IDs; enforced password standards, multi-level access controls, and least-privilege principles.
Defined and maintained RACF profiles for datasets and general resources including CICS, IMS, DB2, JES2/JES3, MQ, and z/OS UNIX (USS).
Implemented and managed discrete and generic profiles, granting and revoking access using PERMIT commands.
Supported application onboarding, releases, and migrations by configuring RACF security for new environments and validating post-deployment access.
Monitored and analyzed SMF Type 80 records to identify security violations and unauthorized access attempts.
Investigated and resolved security incidents, access violations, and audit findings in coordination with SOC and infrastructure teams.
Performed periodic access reviews, user recertification, and cleanup of inactive or orphaned IDs.
Supported internal and external audits (SOX, PCI, ISO, HIPAA), providing evidence and remediation for compliance gaps.
Maintained RACF databases, including backup, restore, reorganization, and integrity checks.
Managed global security settings using SETROPTS and ensured RACF configuration aligned with enterprise security standards.
Provided security support for batch jobs, online transactions, and system resources across production and non-production environments.
Collaborated with application owners, developers, and system programmers to resolve access issues and implement security best practices.
Documented security procedures, standards, and operational runbooks to support governance and knowledge transfer.

Must-Have Skills:
Managed global security settings using SETROPTS and ensured RACF configuration aligned with enterprise security standards.
Provided security support for batch jobs, online transactions, and system resources across production and non-production environments.
Collaborated with application owners, developers, and system programmers to resolve access issues and implement security best practices.
