Senior Quality Engineering Specialist

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time. 

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, with a strong focus on automation
• Perform manual testing to support automation and validate functional scenarios
• Identify, document, analyze, and track defects, issues, and bugs
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple locations (onsite and WFH)
• Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate a self-starter mindset

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Strong experience in Automation and Manual Testing (automation-focused)
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, Jenkins, GitHub, PyCharm
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and VB Scripting
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, and/or qTest
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with ARCHER is a strong plus

**CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000–$115,000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
