Your future duties and responsibilities:

The SAP Retail Consultant would be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Retail solutions, enabling retail businesses to optimize merchandising, sales, and supply chain operations. You would act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring SAP solutions meet the functional requirements of retail processes.
You will also:
• Design and develop SAP retail solutions for our retail clients.
• Participating in pre-studies, requirements analysis, and solution design together with clients and project teams.
• Providing advisory services and acting as an expert in SAP for both projects and application management.
• Driving process improvements and innovation using SAP’s latest technologies.
Our clients are at different stages of their S/4HANA journey – from planning to full implementation – and you will play a central role in guiding them through this transformation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of SAP Retail implementation or support experience.
• Experience conducting workshops with business teams to gather requirements and map business processes to SAP best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in complex project environments and fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with integrations, cloud solutions, and SAP BTP is a plus.

Strong understanding of retail processes including:
• Merchandise Management (MM, IS-Retail)
• Assortment and Assortment Planning
• Pricing and Promotions Management
• Store Operations (POS integration, Inventory Management)
• Forecasting, Replenishment, and Supply Chain
• Reporting and Analytics (BW/Embedded Analytics)

You are great at building strong relationships and quickly understanding new situations. You enjoy working with others, are attentive and supportive, and like to challenge yourself. With both an analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills, you handle complex tasks with precision and confidence.
