Position Description:

Role Summary

The SAP EHS Consultant (S/4HANA) will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Environment, Health & Safety processes within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with business, compliance, and IT teams to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and operational safety across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP EHS in SAP S/4HANA environment

Manage Incident Management, Risk Assessment, and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA)

Configure Industrial Hygiene & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety processes

Handle Hazardous Substance Management, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and regulatory compliance

Support EHS audits, inspections, and compliance reporting

Integrate SAP EHS with SAP PM, MM, QM, and FI modules

Manage EHS Master Data, user roles, and authorizations

Support EHS Fiori apps and user enablement

Perform incident root cause analysis and corrective action tracking

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams

Support testing (UAT), documentation, and training activities

Assist in system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements
