Role Overview:
. Support office operations, vendor management, and employee engagement.
. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and manage facilities and vendor relationships.
. Assist with reporting, onboarding, and special projects.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
o Manage office supplies, purchase orders, and invoices.
o Coordinate visitor and facility needs, including sign-in/out procedures.
o Oversee space management and other office tasks.
o Prepare and maintain monthly reports.
o Assist with new hire onboarding and internal communication.
o Support technology needs and operate office equipment.
o Handle incoming/outgoing packages and documents.
• Facilities, Vendor & Financial Support:
o Coordinate vendor and contractor activities.
o Manage vendor relationships and procurement.
o Monitor costs and budgets.
o Oversee facility management and physical requirements.
o Provide oversight for facility-related projects.
o Engage with stakeholders and corporate teams.
o Address facility complaints.
• Employee Engagement:
o Provide support to the Social Club and CSR committees.
• Other Duties:
o Perform additional tasks and special projects as needed.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Qualifications:
. 3-5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as a receptionist.
. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
. Experience in office administration, vendor management, and facilities coordination preferred.
. Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial processes.
. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
. High School Diploma required; Business Administration degree preferred.
Work Schedule:
This is an onsite position, Monday – Friday in the office, with responsibilities distributed across daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, averaging about 40 hours per week. While the role follows a general schedule, flexibility is required to ensure adequate support for special projects and to respond to urgent priorities.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $31,700.00 - $69,600.00.
