Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in Infrastructure Automation and Test-Driven Development. This role requires expertise in validating infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible, developing automated test suites with Pester and Robot Framework, and utilizing Insomnia for application programming interface testing and PyCharm for test development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven history of integrating test automation into GitLab CI/CD pipelines and collaborating within Agile software development teams to deliver fast and reliable infrastructure solutions.

    Salary range: 4500-5300 Euro/month, gross   
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test cases for infrastructure components using Terraform and Ansible
- Write and maintain Pester scripts to validate Windows infrastructure and PowerShell modules
- Develop Robot Framework test suites for functional and integration validation of infrastructure
- Use Insomnia to test and validate REST APIs for internal automation services and tooling
- Use PyCharm to develop Python scripts and Robot Framework tests, integrating with Git and GitLab pipelines
- Integrate infrastructure tests into Jenkins CI/CD, GitLab CI/CD for early failure detection and compliance enforcement
- Lead and enforce TDD practices, ensuring test-first development and stable infrastructure delivery
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint goals and continuous improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis on failed deployments or regressions, and improve test coverage accordingly
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
   Key Skills:    
- Infrastructure Testing: Terraform module testing, Ansible playbook validation, compliance checks
- Automation Frameworks: Pester (PowerShell), Robot Framework
- API Testing: Insomnia (REST API test design, validation, automation)
- IDE & Tools: PyCharm for Python and Robot test development, YAML and Git integration
- IaC Tools: Terraform, Ansible

- CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins CI/CD, GitLab CI/CD for automated test execution and deployment gating
