Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Product Owner que cumpla con el siguiente perfil:

Requisitos:
- Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Industrial, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Product Owner.
- Experiencia en productos de adquirencia (POS, pagos electrónicos, conciliaciones, liquidaciones).
- Trabajo en equipos ágiles bajo marco Scrum.

Funciones y responsabilidades:
- Definir y mantener la visión del producto de adquirencia, alineada a los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.
- Gestionar y priorizar el Product Backlog, asegurando el máximo valor para el negocio y el cliente.
- Levantar, analizar y documentar requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales.
- Elaborar historias de usuario, épicas y criterios de aceptación claros y completos.
- Participar activamente en las ceremonias ágiles (Sprint Planning, Refinamiento, Daily, Review y Retrospective).
- Asegurar que el equipo de desarrollo comprenda correctamente los requerimientos y objetivos del sprint.
- Validar y aceptar los entregables del equipo, garantizando el cumplimiento de los criterios de aceptación y estándares de calidad.
- Monitorear métricas e indicadores del producto (KPIs, OKRs) para la toma de decisiones.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas internas, regulatorias y de seguridad de la información.

Deseables:
- Deseable experiencia previa en Banco BBVA o en instituciones financieras.
- Deseable certificación en Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master.
