Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Monitoring system performance, addressing incidents (e.g., job failures), and performing RCA to prevent recurrence.
• Analyzing IBM BPM components like BPDs, Coaches, Service Flows, and Web Services.
• Managing WebSphere Application Server (WAS) cells, clusters, and nodes, including monitoring and tuning.
• Managing code migrations and deployments across environments (Dev, UAT, Prod) and handling configuration management.
• Troubleshooting integration issues with databases, SOAP/REST APIs, and external systems.
• Performing regular system maintenance, applying patches, and managing user access/security.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
• 4+ years of experience in IBM BPM.
• Diagnosing complex issues in BPM environments, including process server performance
• Responsibilities include incident & problem management, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex production application defects, as well as identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
• Experience in scheduling tools
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipeline tools.
• Agile Methodologies.
