CGI Federal's Housing Compliance team, which partners with public housing authorities (PHAs) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), is seeking experienced professionals for our talent pipeline. We aim to connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various roles to support the provision of affordable housing under the Housing Choice Voucher Program, driving impactful community solutions. Role Summary:
Potential roles involve executing core tasks related to housing program support, compliance, and assistance under HUD guidelines. Candidates will engage with public housing authorities, participants, and property owners to advance affordable housing initiatives
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities may encompass:
• Conducting comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and analyses in housing program operations.
• Managing, organizing, and verifying documentation processes for efficient stakeholder support.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to program participants and collaborating with housing authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with housing regulations and administrative plans through diligent oversight.
• Developing and implementing procedures and policies aligned with CGI, HUD, and client standards.
• Educating teams, participants, agencies, and the public on housing program details and compliance matters.
• Participating in strategic meetings, compiling reports, and facilitating communication across teams.
